1. Welcome & Mission Welcome to Spectrum Bridge Academy (SBA).

We are a specialized private program designed to support children with autism through a structured, nurturing, and individualized learning environment.

Our Mission:

To provide a supportive educational setting that bridges therapy and education, promoting academic, social, and emotional growth for every child.

2. Program Overview Spectrum Bridge Academy serves children: Ages: 3 to 7 years old Focus: Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1–2) and related needs Setting: Small classroom environment Approach: Individualized instruction Structured routines Sensory-aware environment Collaboration with ABA/RBT providers.

3. Admissions Policy Enrollment is based on: Age eligibility (3–7 years old) Program fit based on developmental needs Completion of intake process Important: SBA is a full-time program only A trial/assessment period may be required Students must be able to participate safely in a small group setting

4. Tuition & Payments Monthly Tuition: $1,600 – $1,800 Tuition is due on the 1st of each month Registration Fee A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure enrollment. Registration fee: $95 Enrollment Deposit A deposit equal to one month’s tuition is required upon enrollment. This deposit may be split into up to 3 payments upon request The deposit will be applied toward the student’s final month of enrollment, provided proper notice is given Important Financial Policy The deposit is required to protect the school in the event of: Scholarship interruption or termination Late or missing payments Parents are responsible for any tuition not covered by scholarships.

Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is required to secure enrollment.

This deposit may be split into up to 3 payments upon request The deposit will be applied toward the student’s final month of enrollment, provided proper notice is given Important Financial Policy The deposit is required to protect the school in the event of: Scholarship interruption or termination Late or missing payments Parents are responsible for any tuition not covered by scholarships. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance.

 

5. Attendance Policy: Students must attend full-time Consistent attendance is essential for progress Excessive absences may result in review of enrollment

 

6. Daily Schedule Includes: Structured academic time Small group instruction Sensory breaks Social development activities

 

7. Health & Safety: Children must stay home if ill (fever, vomiting, contagious illness) Medication requires written authorization Emergency procedures are in place for all situations

 

8. Behavior Policy At SBA, we use: Positive behavior support Structured routines Calm redirection We DO NOT use: Physical punishment Verbal intimidation Isolation as discipline We collaborate with: ABA providers RBTs Parents

 

9. Arrival & Dismissal: Only authorized individuals may pick up students ID may be required Prompt drop-off and pick-up is expected

 

10. Communication: We value open communication: Parent updates Progress discussions Ongoing collaboration Parents are encouraged to reach out with any concerns.

 

11. Before & After Care SBA does not directly provide before or after school care services. However, a separate childcare program operating within the same facility offers extended care options for families who may need additional coverage. If families choose to enroll in this service: Before & After Care: $95 per week Before OR After Care only: $65 per week This service is independent from Spectrum Bridge Academy, and enrollment, policies, and payments are handled separately.

 

12. Withdrawal / Termination Policy: Parents must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to withdraw a student from the program. The enrollment deposit will be applied to the final month if proper notice is given Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit Spectrum Bridge Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment if: The program is not an appropriate fit Safety concerns arise Policies are not followed

 

13. Student Code of Conduct:

At Spectrum Bridge Academy, we promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students. Students are encouraged and supported to: Follow classroom routines and expectations Use respectful language and behavior Participate in activities to the best of their ability Practice safe behavior toward themselves and others Develop self-regulation skills with guidance and support Because we serve children with autism and developmental needs, behavior is addressed through: Positive reinforcement Redirection Structured support strategies Collaboration with parents and therapists Our goal is to teach and support, not punish.
